Vacation Tip
If you are off on vacation, or if there is any other reason that your credit union payroll may not be deducted, you must contact the credit union to make sure your loan payment does not fall behind. All members are responsible for making sure that all deductions are credited appropriately to their account.

Moving
Tell us where you are. The statements we mail you include very important information. Besides, next time you need a withdrawal check, it might not get to you if we don't have your correct address. All address changes must be in writing and signed by the member. Don't forget your new phone number.

Joint Accounts
Please note that we need the signature and pertinent information of all joint account holders. If you have a joint account and do not see the name of your joint owner on your statement, please contact us for the correct signature card.
